We are currently only able to deliver to UK addresses.

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail on the 3-5 day, 2nd Class post.

Next day delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class service.

Orders over £65 are delivered free of charge by second class postal services. There is a small fee to upgrade to a next day service. See the drop down menu for options after adding items to your basket for the price options.

Click & Collect is free with orders ready to collect from the shop at 25 Ipswich Stret, Stowmarket within half an hour.

If the delivery address is local to the shop, we will sometimes delivery your order personally.

Wherever possible, we use Royal Mail for our deliveries. We will usually dispatch orders on the same day if it is received before 3.30 Tues-Fri or 12pm on Saturdays.

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition, along with the original receipt, within 14 days.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
